Netflix Streaming Coming to Wii in Spring
As with the PlayStation 3 Netflix support, a free "Netflix instant-streaming disc" will be required, which can be reserved in advance now.
Nintendo explains, "These titles will be conveniently organized into a variety of categories based on members' personal preferences and will include popular genres, new arrivals and members'individual instant Queues... They will also have the ability to read synopses and rate movies, and will have the option of fast-forwarding and rewinding their selection."
Only the Xbox 360 has Netflix streaming software integrated into the system due to an exclusivity agreement, according to industry analyst Michael Pachter. The PS3's Netflix is due to be intergrated into the dashboard "late" this year, presumably when the agreement expires, though Nintendo has yet to announce any such plans for the Wii.

480P is the Wii's natural max resolution, but supposedly you can get a 1080i resolution by using the right receiver/amp (it upscales the signal and ouputs via HDMI) and an HD TV.

Too bad that doesn't change the fact that 90% of the games for Wii suck...
