  No, he didn't. But then, neither did Jean Grey, nor most of the X-Men, (they had one spin-off comic that had nothing to do with the main plot), nor psylocke, (she was dead), nor Thor, (ditto, though his clone showed up), nor Hulk, nor.... well, you get the picture.

  I believe he was currently deceased during Civil War. Sentry ripped him in half and threw him in the sun in the first or second issue of New Avengers.
