Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter Receiving 802.11n Upgrade
An advertisement for the device was recently spotted by MondoXbox. The ad, part of a leaflet packed in with the Italian Gears of War 2 Game of the Year edition, pictured the new 802.11n adapter alongside the existing 802.11a/b/g peripheral.
Joystiq today confirmed with Microsoft that the device is real, though the company did not offer any pricing or release date information.
"N" wireless technology represents a technological boost over previous 802.11 wireless standards. 802.11n routers typically extend wireless coverage to twice that of 802.11g routers, and more than quadruple the typical data throughput.

Bets as to what absurd price they'll attach to it?
I'm going with $125.
