Call of Duty 4 Port Coming to Wii (Updated)
While owners of the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will have the new Modern Warfare 2 to chew on this season, Wii gamers will at least have a chance to play the previous title in the series, as Kotaku reports that a port of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is headed to the Wii. The port will be handled by Call of Duty: World at War developer Treyarch, and will allegedly ship on November 10 alongside Modern Warfare 2. An official announcement of the game is expected tomorrow.
Activision also announced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Mobilized for the Nintendo DS earlier this week.

The wii version of World at War was pretty well done, so I'm looking at seeing how these guys work Modern Warfare onto the system. Hopefully they don't have to cut it down too much.

The lag is directly related to the sensor bar's placement and the size of the screen. Larger screens tend to have more of it. Replacing Nintendo's bar with a Nyko bar and turning the sensitivity up to 5 made a noticeable difference for me and reduced the latency enough that my mind easilly blocks it out. It's still way better than a stick, as it offers that immediate response I'm used to with a mouse.
