Saints Row 3, Warhammer 40K MMO, Red Faction 4 and More Get Release Dates
The slide from an investors presentation noticed by GameSpot shows an as-yet-untitled action game, from Company of Heroes and Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War developers Relic, scheduled for THQ's fiscal year 2011, which begins April 1, 2010.
The sequel to open-world gangbanger Saints Row 2--currently being expanded with downloadable content--is also scheduled for release in THQ's 2011 fiscal year. Volition explained last year that 3 will take the series in "a new direction."
Fiscal year 2012, which begins on April 1, 2011, should see the launch of THQ's mysterious Warhammer 40,000 MMO, under development in-house by Vigil Games.
FY 2012 also brings two surprising sequels to as-yet-unreleased games: Red Faction 4, which follows Volition's Red Faction: Guerrilla (due June 9), and Darksiders 2, an apparent continuation of the Vigil-helmed armageddon-inspired action game Darksiders: Wrath of War. The first Darksiders is slated to hit later this year.
These dates are all, of course, liable to change as they are yet oh so far away.

40k MMO? Dare I get my hopes up on that one? I never even knew it was coming.

The only way this would work is if it is an MMO version of the Dawn of War games. WH40k is all about the squad based combat and I could see having the PC be the commander of a squad and the grunts of the squad would determine what your role on combat would be (ie tank, DPS, support, etc.). As you leveled up you would be able to have a larger squad with more advanced grunts and /or equipment. I know Gods and Heroes: Rome rising tried this and failed but I think that game failed for various other reasons.

Yeah, they really have to work hard on balance with that as it's literally impossible for a solo human to take on a space marine.
Unless you start as a non-genetically modified human and as you level you eventually become a Space Marine. But that still won't stop any imbalance.
I don't care, I shall be a Chaos Space Marine anyways.

It was announced on March 1, 2007. So until 2012, that's 6 years in development.
