Based on the acclaimed Wallace & Gromit animated films by Aardman Animation, the episodic adventure games will put players in the role of both Wallace and Gromit. Gromit is the beagle. The release marks the first step in an expansion to Xbox Live by Telltale. Originally focusing on PC releases of its adventure games, the company has recently pushed its way onto consoles, shipping Sam and Max Season One and Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People to the Wii last year.
