The overseas release of Final Fantasy XIII will occur no earlier than April 2010, according to word from Square Enix President Yoichi Wada in a Reuters article. Wada also told Reuters that the long-in-development epic is still on target for a 2009 release in Japan.

The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Final Fantasy XIII will be released simultaneously in North America and Europe.

They spend so much time on their cut scenes and details that their games always take forever anymore.

The games always look good, but I haven't finished an FF title through since 9.

Probably a total failure. By 2010 I will have forgotten about this game, oh wait this isn't even the version I was looking forward to. FF13 Versus looks much better.

Guess you didn't get what I was saying. I'll forget it because it looks just like every other FF game since 8, like shit.

Yeah, like you can tell that from the 4 screenshots that have been released. Hey man, if you don't like Japanese games, then stay out of the kitchen...

Oh I love Japanese games, and I'm a huge fan of FF. I must be the only one that is reminded of FFX-2 and FF12 when looking at these screen shots. FF has been going down hill since 7 IMO.

A good number of people would beg to differ. Don't just assume your opinion is the end all be all of RPG gaming.

FF8 had strong points, I hated FF9, 10 had a few good points, beyond that I hated each release. Those are just my opinions. I am man enough to admit I may be wrong about FF13, and I hope I am, but at this moment in time it looks to me like another flop.

Because any previous Final Fantasy game has been a failure right?
