Damnation Trailer and Screenshots Show 'Verticality'

Publisher Codemasters has issued the following trailer and screenshots from Blue Omega's open world-esque shooter Damnation (PC, PS3, 360), meant to highlight the "verticality" of the upcoming holiday release.

Been keeping an eye on this since I saw the announcement... looks like it could be pretty cool. I like the style/setting quite a bit, and the Prince of Persia-esque level navigation could add some nice variety. The animations look a bit wooden right now, but they've still got a lot of time to iron that out.

  upcoming holiday release? I think what you see is what you are going to get.... the chance of them improving those jittery animations and still shipping this year is highly unlikely.

    ah, I didn't even catch the release timeframe; I figured next year sometime. Hmm.
