At long last, Maxis and Will Wright's PC evolution simulator Spore hits this week, along with the latest batch of hockey titles and, yes, the Hell's Kitchen game.

Both the PC and DS versions of Spore will be available at North American retailers on Sunday, September 7, along with the Metallic Silver Nintendo DS Lite. Everything else should be on store shelves by Wednesday, September 10.
