Rockstar Acquires Mad Doc Software, Forms Rockstar New England
The Andover, Massachusetts-based studio had most recently worked on the Xbox 360 port of Rockstar's Bully: Scholarship Edition.
"The team at Mad Doc Software is extremely talented," said Rockstar founder Sam Houser. "Bringing them within the Rockstar Games family will enhance our core technology and further support our commitment to creating progressive and innovative gaming experiences."

After their Bully port, I can't help but think this is a bad move.

Armada 2 was pretty fun, but it was a basic concept. Legacy was a horrible game because Mad Doc and Bethesda advertised the game in such a way that it seemed like it was going to be another Bridge Commander, and it ended up just being another simple game. I don't know why RockStar would want Mad Doc; "talented" is not the word I would use to describe their development skills.
