Not discouraged by the fact that the first Street Fighter adaptation by Hollywood was god awful, Capcom has signed a deal with Hyde Park Entertainment for a new Street Fighter movie reports Variety this morning. The new movie, set for a 2008 release, will focus on the female character Chun Li though details are being kept under wraps. The script will be written by Justin Marks, no director is attached to the project yet.
