Nope, no mouse, not ever. It really doesn't work for the ten foot experience. It's not a PC - certain game genres are just best played on the PC, and perhaps something altogether new and exciting will come out of adapting an established genre (RTS games) to a console. It will be different, but it will probably be fun.
In short, let's not try to make something newer (a console) act just like something older and more established (a PC). That's not interesting, and at the end of the day, it wouldn't result in a better game on the console. It also doesn't work too well in the opposite direction - think of the recent PC games that almost require a game controller to play them - is it really a unique and worthwhile experience to buy that game for the PC instead of a console?
