Brothers In Arms Pretty Much Done

7

As far as Gearbox Sofware is concerned Brothers In Arms: Road To Hill 30 is done, as the work items counter on their website has hit zero. The site says an announcement is coming soon. Thanks Silent Wolf. Update: The Gearbox website has received a new lick of paint and also comes with an update by Randy Pitchford who says BiA is "essentially finished", and is now going through its usual release candidate phase before Ubisoft sends it off to manufacturing.

Word has it recently that a demo will start appearing on the coverdiscs of the March issues of gaming mags. Once they're on shelves, I imagine online copies will appear in no time at all.

Yeah. I think the next UK issue of PC Gamer (due out March 3rd) will be carrying the demo first, along with a full review of the game. Don't know about Stateside mags though.

Now that's some hot news right there. Glad Gearbox is proud enough of their product to demo it out before release. That is always a good sign :)
