The new comment filtering system is apparently getting fairly close to coming to the page. There will be a number of new options added all at once so things could get confusing. There is certainly quite a bit more to add but this is the first run of things that we're counting on in the near future. If it's not listed here then it's not going to happen right now. The majority of this will be stored as a preference in a cookie via an options page although things like swapping between flat/thread etc will be easy to do without going to a separate page.

- Stored preference: flat / thread / dthread view
- Stored preference: ascending or descending comment order (Yeah #1 actually at the top if you want!)
- Stored preference: Juggled or unjuggled threads (reply kicks a thread to the top or not)
- Comment flags: Spam , Stupid , Off-Topic , On-Topic , Excellent , Porn!
- View options: Any combination, On-Topic/Excellent only, Porn and Spam only, whatever.
- Flag for benefactors who donated to Shack

Comments will be flagged by a group of 20 or so moderators who I will choose. Every effort will be made to make sure moderators dont abuse their abilities and it will be tracked on an individual basis, however it will certainly piss people off. There will always be at least a tiny bit of bias, get over it. If you're one of those people who cant then just TURN IT OFF AND QUIT YOUR BITCHING. You can choose to view any combination of the comments based on those flags. If you dont wish to see stupid or off-topic posts they will be completely invisible to you.
