There really are a lot of games out there, and sometimes it's easier to appreciate something if there's a paragraph or two where highlights are shown, the weaknesses explained and general tips provided. Maybe screen shots would help? Or perhaps a DOSBox config? Now here's the catch, once a game is advocated, you can't pick that one as we want diversity.
