World of Warcraft 6.0.2 patch prepares for Warlords of Draenor

A new patch is set to hit World of Warcraft on Tuesday and it will set the stage for November's Warlords of Draenor expansion.

World of Warcraft is preparing for an all-out invasion from the relentless Orc onslaught known as the Iron Horde. In anticipation of November's Warlords of Draenor expansion, World of Warcraft will deploy the 6.0.2 pre-patch this coming Tuesday, October 14.

The new patch will include updates for skills and abilities across all classes, along with several gameplay adjustments. New missions will also see the Horde and Alliance make one last stand along the Blasted Lands to hold off the Iron Horde's march. A limited-time five-player mission for level 90 characters will also see players take the fight directly to Orebender Gor'ashan, Kyrak, and Commander Tharbek.

Tuesday's patch will lead right into Warlords of Draenor, which is set to hit on November 13. For more, check out Battle.net.
