Tomb Raider gets 11-minute gameplay video
Tomb Raider has gotten a lengthy video demo narrated by creative director Noah Hughes.
Tomb Raider has gotten a few gameplay demonstrations, but most of them weren't as lengthy as a new one released today. A walkthrough of the monastery escape sequence lasts a whopping 11 minutes, featuring looks at combat and Lara's cinematic moments.
The walkthrough is narrated by Noah Hughes, the creative director behind the game. It may be the closest you'll get to playing the game before it comes out, since Crystal Dynamics isn't planning a demo for the upcoming title. Check it out below.

Personally I think everything about a demo needs to be put together just as carefully as the main game it's based off of, else it will hurt sales, a lot of demo's don't do the games they're demoing justice because it's not in the right part of the game or there's too much minutia if it's just the beginning or if there's an amazing story that you don't get to see any of. I don't think enough dev's (or, rather, publishers) put the right proportionate energy into demo's for most modern games that really require it.
