Max Payne has had a pretty difficult life. Rockstar is pulling from the character's "Painful Memories" in a new DLC pack for Max Payne 3 hitting on December 4. It will offer four new multiplayer maps and a few other perks. The maps include the Roscoe Street Subway (from the first game), Marty's Bar, Shoot First and Canal De Panamá. Two new assault rifles are added, as well as quirky little item called the Hangover Burst, where respawning bad guys have blurred vision and other symptoms of late night drinking. The pack will cost $9.99 on PlayStation 3 and PC and 800 Microsoft points for Xbox 360, but is included if you have the Rockstar Pass.

Ooo, look, a new UAR-21 assault rifle

Such a shame that so much work is only used for MP maps in a relatively mediocre multiplayer mode...

They are still working on DLC for this game? I have to say this is by far the worst game RockStar has done, it had no emotion and theme like the original game. One of the most wasteful 60 bucks I've spent on a game as of late....

I got it for $15 over the weekend and am enjoying it so far. I'm not that far into it, but the story is pretty OK and shooting people in the face doesn't get old. I have to say, that having played through the first two several times, I'm not a fan of the new weapon system.

Wah, Wah, Wah, this wasn't the sequel the Fins would have made!

Seriously, despite some of the mechanical Flaws, Mp3 was pretty damn decent. No it's not Remedies sequel, but whatever, that whole Ragnarok and Illuminati was goofy as hell.

Yay, got the Season Pass version from Amazon.com sale, so it's nice that they're coming up with more content.
Gonna download the game tomorrow at my friend's place since I have limited bandwidth at home and the game is around 30 gigs I think.

Also gonna download Planetside 2 and DOTA 2... looking forward to all of these.
