According to 1up, the game currently dubbed Professor Layton vs Ace Attorney is being developed jointly by Level-5 and Ace Attorney dev Capcom. Ace Attorney creator and series veteran Shu Takumi is penning the story.

There's no word yet on when the game will be released in Japan, let alone elsewhere.
