Sony Adds Seven Games to PS3 Greatest Hits Library

[Update - 4:30PM] Though it will not be added to the Greatest Hits library, Sony has dropped the price of ModNation Racers to $39.99 on the PS3 and to $19.99 on the PSP.

[Original Story] Sony has selected an additional seven PlayStation 3 games for inclusion in its Greatest Hits program, knocking the prices of the following titles down to $29.99 along with fancy new boxes.

In the case of the previously announced Greatest Hits version of Demon's Souls, it also means a fresh set of copies, making the excellent game a bit easier to find.

The Greatest Hits library now includes over 40 titles for the US and Canada. Though the box teases Move support in MAG, the patch that enables that functionality is still forthcoming.

I'll probably get attacked for this, but I still think MAG is an extremely fun game. It's one of the few console shooters I've played that has an extremely stable aiming mechanic...in a way it's like a Counter-Strike for the PS3.

  Nice. I'm thinking of picking it up, but Bad Company may have spoiled me with it's destructability.

  the core shooter gameplay is very well done, but i don't like the game modes, or the massive team sizes that are the main focus of the game. I mostly just play the team deathmatch 'training mode'
