The 2018 Electronic Entertainment Expo is fast approaching. The convention itself is set to kick off on June 12 and run all the way through June 14, but fans won't have to wait that long to learn new information about upcoming game reveals, as several developers and publishers will be holding press conferences ahead of the formal exposition. Keep reading to learn more about the press conferences planned to be held by the biggest names in the industry, including the dates and times for each conference as well as where the live streams can be watched and which specific games we're expecting to hear more about.


E3 2018 Press Conference Dates, Times, Streams, and More

Sony Interactive Entertainment

Date and Time: June 11 at 6 p.m. PDT

Among other major reveals planned for Sony's press conference, fans can expect to hear more about Hideo Kojima's upcoming title Death Stranding. Beyond that, we're likely to learn more about The Last of Us Part 2, Ghost of Tsushima, and Marvel's Spider-Man.


Microsoft

Date and Time: June 10 at 1 p.m. PDT

Players haven't gotten any firm word on just what to expect from Microsoft's Xbox press conference, but word around the internet states that Forza, Halo, and possibly even Gears of War titles will make an appearance.


Nintendo

There's little doubt that Nintendo will be bringing their A-game to this year's E3, and the company's press conference will likely include appearances from titles like Fire Emblem, Metroid Prime 4, Octopath Traveler, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, and both Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Evee!.


Square Enix

Date and Time: June 11 at 10 a.m. PDT, June 12 at 1 p.m. PDT

Square Enix hasn't yet provided any firm details regarding what to expect from their two upcoming press conferences. That said, we expect to hear more about Dragon Quest Builders 2, Kingdom Hearts 3, Life is Strange 2, and possibly more about Dragon Quest 9: Echoes of an Elusive Age and perhaps even the much-touted Final Fantasy 7 remake.


Bethesda

Date and Time: June 10 at 6:30 p.m. PDT

Not too much is known about what Bethesda will be bringing to their pre-E3 press conference, but fans can certainly expect to hear more about the recently-announced title Fallout 76 as well as Rage 2. Beyond that, Bethesda has promised the reveal of "a few surprises" otherwise.


Ubisoft

Date and Time: June 11 at 1 p.m. PDT

Several games have been confirmed for Ubisoft's press conference, including Beyond Good and Evil 2, For Honor, Starlink: Battle for Atlas, Tom Clancy's The Division 2, Transference, Skull and Bones, and Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Beyond that, Ubisoft has stated that they're "saving some surprises for the show," meaning fans may be hearing about one or more all-new releases.


Electronic Arts

Date and Time: June 9 at 11 a.m. PDT

Electronic Arts will be returning with another EA Play press conference promising big announcements from "some of the biggest content creators in gaming." Fans can expect appearances from games like Battlefield 5, Anthem, and various EA Sports releases.


Devolver Digital

Date and Time: June 10 at 8 p.m. PDT

The team at Devolver Digital have provided the following official description for their pre-E3 press conference:

“This year’s Big Fancy Press Conference will feature real, actual game reveals and technological innovations from Devolver Labs, the research and development arm of Devolver Digital responsible for last year’s Earliest Access program and making ‘throwing money at the screen’ a valid form of payment. There will almost certainly be blood, possibly loss of life.”


PC Gaming Show

Date and Time: June 11 at 3 p.m. PDT

The fourth annual PC gaming event hosted by PC Gamer is set to kick off on June 11, with a "see the future of PC gaming" theme. Sponsored by the likes of Hi-Rez Studios, Oculus, Team 17, and many others, the conference will play host to appearances from Cloud Imperium Games, Frontier Developments, Klei, Square Enix, Stardock Entertainment, tinyBuild, and more.


Aside from these presentations, players who plan to be on-site at this year's E3 should absolutely stop by the Shacknews booth (#5434 in the West Hall) and sign up for the inaugural Shacknews World Championship, the likes of which offering up a $50,000 prize pool for the top three competitors.
