Amazon is arguably the biggest online retailer in the world, so it only makes sense for them to fully embrace Cyber Monday – the greatest sale since Black Friday. As avid gamers, our focus is on bringing you the best gaming related prices, although Amazon does offer some astounding non-techy deals. The switches will be thrown on November 27, and Cyber Monday will officially be live, so before then (and during the madness) we’ll be bringing you the best Amazon Cyber Monday deals of 2017.

While there are currently no Cyber Monday deals, Amazon is running a “Countdown to Black Friday” sale where new items see a reduction in price on a daily basis. Amazon has included consoles in this mix of items, and if we happen to spot any, you’ll be the first to know.

The Best Amazon Cyber Monday Console Deals 2017

Cyber Monday is the perfect opportunity to pick up a new gaming console, and with the Xbox One X, PlayStation 4 Pro, and Nintendo Switch newly released, these will be hot items to keep an eye on. However, you’re just as likely to see some older models being reduced to some crazy prices in order to clear stock.

As an example, the PlayStation 4 500GB Uncharted Limited Edition was going for $388 last year, a saving of $30. Xbox One and Xbox One S consoles were being sold at extremely low prices as well, and often came with a game thrown in for good measure.

This year, the expectations are fairly similar, with older consoles being cleared out in order to make room for the beefier PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. If you don’t quite want to fork out for the Xbox One X, the Xbox One S offers 4K capabilities, which pair well with a good 4K TV. The PS4 Pro, though it can play games in upscaled 4K, doesn’t offer a 4K Blu-Ray drive.

The Best Amazon Cyber Monday Game Deals 2017

A console is no good without games, so if you’ve just purchased a PS4 Pro or an Xbox One X, Cyber Monday is the perfect opportunity to flesh out your library with new content. Last year, Cyber Monday offered some of the latest new release games for ridiculous prices. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was reduced to $39.99, Dishonored 2 Limited Edition fell to $34.99, while Doom and Fallout 4 were a ridiculous $19.99.

After you’ve had your fill on Thanksgiving, prepare to watch Amazon and see what deals crop up. While the discounted games were a bargain last year, they’re likely to go down even further this year. If there are old titles you’ve been holding off purchasing, Cyber Monday is the time to snap them up.

The Best Amazon Cyber Monday PC Hardware Deals

PC gamers, we haven’t forgotten about you! Amazon’s Cyber Monday deals are all-inclusive, so if you’re looking to upgrade your PC with new components or just want a new laptop or headset, Amazon is there for you.

Last year, the ASUS FX502 15.6” gaming laptop was going for the low, low price of $1,000 – a saving of $250, which is incredible when you consider the hardware inside it. It boasts a 2.3GHz Core i5 processor, 1TB HDD, 16GB RAM and a GeForce GTX 1060. Not too shabby for a lappy.

Then there were the SteelSeries Siberia 800 wireless gaming headset, perfect for the PC gamer who doesn’t want their neck to be wrenched to the side by a forgotten cord being stuck on the arm of a chair. This headset was going for $200, a saving $100 at the time.

Outside of laptops and headsets, Amazon is also known to cut the price of keyboards, mice, graphics cards, and other PC gaming paraphernalia, so if you’re in the market for other bits and pieces, pay close attention when Cyber Monday rolls around.

The Best Amazon Cyber Monday TV Deals

As we mentioned above with the PS4 Pro, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X, you will want a 4K TV in order to get the most out of your brand new gaming units. And if you’re a PC gamer who has yet to upgrade from an old LCD to a sexy new 4K monitor, get on it now.

Last year, the LG B6 55" 4K OLED Smart TV was priced at $1,799, reduced down from a whopping $3,999. Similarly, the Samsung 65” curved TV was $1,599, down $400. Now that a year has gone by and technology has gotten better, these TVs will likely see even greater reductions in price.

The Best Amazon Products on Cyber Monday

Amazon isn’t just a retailer that sells other companies’ items, they also have their own gear that’s worth picking up. Previously, the Amazon Tap was going for $89.99 ($40 cheaper), Amazon Echo was $139.99 ($40 cheaper), and Amazon Fire HD 8 was $59.99, a saving of $30. While these are excellent savings, Amazon has been known to have stronger discounts during their Amazon Prime Day sales – which we will cover when it comes around again!

Amazon Prime

Finally, it’s always worth mentioning that you should absolutely pick up Amazon Prime if you can afford it. The price is $99 per year, and while that might seem excessive, the program actually offers an amazing host of benefits. You get a Netflix-like catalog of TV shows and movies, a Spotify-like catalog of music, free shipping (yes!), as well as priority access to the best deals.

Keep checking back with us over Thanksgiving as we’ll be sure to update our Amazon Cyber Monday deals as more discounts and sales are revealed! In the meantime, check out our article on the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2017 deals so you can easily find what you want to buy.
